    Payments made through ToyyibPay are processed instantly. Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation. Please ensure all payment details are entered correctly to avoid transaction failure.

  2. ATOME PAYMENT OPTION
    Atome allows customers to split payments into instalments according to Atome’s terms and approval process. Customers must follow Atome’s payment schedule directly with Atome. Any late fees or charges are subject to Atome’s policy.

  3. PAYMENT VERIFICATION
    Orders will only be processed after successful payment verification. If payment is incomplete or failed, the order will not be confirmed.

  4. FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS
    If your transaction fails, please try again or contact your bank/payment provider. KERABAT RESOURCES is not responsible for bank-related issues or declined transactions.

  5. ORDER CONFIRMATION
    You will receive a confirmation email once payment has been successfully completed. Please keep this confirmation for your records.

  6. REFUND & CANCELLATION
    All payments made are considered final once confirmed. Refunds or cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
