A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Customers may track their parcel directly through the courier website. -

FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery fails due to unavailable recipient, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. -
LOST OR DELAYED PARCEL
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery is under the courier’s responsibility. However, we will assist customers in contacting the courier if issues arise. -
