1. NO REFUND POLICY
   All sales are final. We do not provide refunds once payment has been successfully made.

2. DEFECT ITEM EXCHANGE
   Customers may request an exchange within 3 days from the date the parcel is received if the item has a genuine defect. All items are checked before shipping, and exchanges are subject to stock availability.

3. VIDEO PROOF REQUIREMENT
   Customers must record a clear unboxing video when receiving the parcel. The video must show the parcel condition before opening and the item inside as proof. Requests without complete video evidence may not be accepted.

4. EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
   • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
   • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
   • Exchange is only allowed for defective items approved by our team.

5. SHIPPING COST FOR EXCHANGE
   Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless stated otherwise.

6. NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
   We do not accept exchanges for change of mind, wrong selection, or minor color differences due to lighting or screen display.

7. APPROVAL PROCESS
   All exchange requests must be reviewed and approved by KERABAT RESOURCES before sending the item back.
